This is a compiled Winows Visual Studio 2013 project of Caffe with old version of Batch Normalization layer.
The third party can be download from http://yun.baidu.com/s/1jIwE842.
You only need to install CUDA. If you use CUDA 7.5, please modify .vcxproj file by replacing "6.5" with "7.5".
