Instructions for cloning this repository and installing LaTex

Clone git repository

mkdir FluorPaper_EJ200; cd FluorPaper_EJ200;
git clone git@github.com:ZishuoYang/DetectorNote_Fluorescence_EJ200.git;

Install LaTex if haven't

sudo apt-get install texlive texlive-base
sudo apt-get install texlive-humanities

To produce a .pdf file from the .tex file

pdflatex DN_FluorPaper_EJ200_ZYang.tex
