Pet Net Social Network is a web application that allows pet owners to connect with each other and share information about their pets. It's built using React, Chakra UI, JavaScript and Firebase.
- Sign up and login to the application using your email and password.
- Create a profile for your pet and add photos, descriptions, and other details.
- Search for other pets in the network.
- Follow other pets to keep up to date with their posts and activity.
- Create posts and share photos about your pet.
- Comment on other users' posts and engage with the community.
To install Pet Social Network, follow these steps:
- Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/ZoranNikolov/Pet-net.git - Install dependencies:
npm install - Run the application:
npm start
To use Pet Social Network, follow these steps:
- Sign up for an account. Edit your profile by changing the avatar of your account.
- Search for other pets and pet owners using the all users button.
- Create a post by clicking the "Create Post" button and sharing a story about your pet or starting a discussion.
- Edit your own post at any time, using the "Edit" button under the post.
- Delete your own post by clicking the "Delete" button under the post.
- Like other peoples' posts by clicking on the "Like" button under the post.
- Comment on other users' posts by clicking the "Comment" button and entering your comment.
