Update the prebuilt binaries to the latest version

The binary files hosted at https://files.zubax.com/products/dronecode_probe/v2.3/ should be updated once the changeset linked from blackmagic-debug/blackmagic#968 is merged into upstream.

The linked issue is still not closed but the problem appears to be fixed in the latest release
