This project is temporarily on the backburner, as I'm busy with ECAPE parcel and Oklahoma Weather Lab related projects. I will get back to all of these issues when I can, but it may be a while.
I am also rewriting the entire graphics system, so issues with the current graphical system will likely not be fixed for some time.
