M8tareb is a web application for renting rooms and real estate for rent. The app is built using ASP .NET Core API Core and MiME provider package for sending email to confirm email in registration. The frontend is developed using Bootstrap and Angular, while the database is SQL Server. The app is packed with many features, including Google Maps API for location services, searching for rooms by services, searching for the closest room to your location, PayPal payment, reviews and ratings, posting rooms for room owners, photos about the room for renting, and much more.
