This is a web application which aims at providing effective comment analysis of the comments posted on the videos.It provide two panels: the administrator panel and the user panel. The user can rate the video and comment on the video. The comments are classified as negative comment or positive comment using Naive Bayes Algorithm .Other users can then judge the video on the basis of classification of comments and can download the video through the provided link.
