Simple Tip Calculator App (WIP)

Completed user stories:
Required: simple tip calculator app main page; allowing a user enter a bill amount, select a tip percentage and get Tip Amount and Total Amounts.
Optional: Settings page to configure the default tip percentage. Settings synchronize to the main page is pending, need to figure out how to do it in iOS8.1
