BUG rows on srarun missing values on the spots column

Some rows on srarun have a value of zero in the spots column, this is not correct and can be corroborated on the NCBI page for that run.
Example:
(serrauts)
SELECT * FROM srarun WHERE run = 'ERR790022' - 0 spots
(SRA)
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/?term=ERR790022 - 12M spots
