My solution to Jon Calhoun's Gophercises problem 2

How to run

Run the server using

go run cmd/main.go --file <input filepath> --format [json, yaml]

and visit localhost:8080 to see the homepage! To get redirected to your websites, visit localhost:8080/path in the browser

The file formats supported are json and yaml currently. The format is list of entries of the form (path, target URL)
