this backend is used to manage the users appointments of doctors, so the user can choose a doctor to make the appointment if the doctor available, so i will use this api in mobile application.
before you start the server first install all packages using the this command:
npm installalso create .env file and add SECRET_KEY, asing the secret key to the Random words.
