This repo is for the NeuroHack, a hackathon organized by LTIMindtree. It contains both the front and backend of a platform with a topic-modeling ML system to categorize IT support tickets and enable automated tagging, and an anomaly detection model to monitor ticket resolution times and reassignment frequency.
