http://quast.sourceforge.net/docs/manual.html#faq_q5
In the above URL, it was written like this.
The file containing SNP information is saved in <quast_output_dir>/contigs_reports/minimap_output/<assembly_name>.used_snps.gz. We use our own format of ".used_snps" file.
I used quast and ".used_snps" file appered but nothing is written in the file.
Is it bug or something? Could you help me?
