Run ng serve --prod for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files. Using the --prod flags will ensure minification of your files
Test performance of the application locally by using Lighthouse under the auditing tabs in the Chrome developer tools. When I ran this on my machine I scored an 89 on performance altogether using production build!
