The smg is more precise than AR, I apreciate the sniper, you can kill with one bullet but you have to scope to get the best aim.
Shotgun is much powerful
Pistol is ok.
Grenades are insane
Bug: Bots and everyone can shoot through the walls

The SMG should be less precise than the AR, but more powerful at close range (http://assaultcubes.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Assault%20Rifle%20vs%20SMG). The shotgun is very powerful at close range, but the damage decreases as the distance increases, making it useless after about five to ten meters. The grenades are more realistic, like the M67, but might need damage tweaks. As for everyone shooting through the walls, I don't know how to fix it.
So in conclusion: I might make the shotgun a bit weaker, the grenade damage might be quadratic (cubic will make it too weak) instead of linear.

I have made grenade damage using a square root (somewhat close to a quadratic).

By the way, the sniper is a one-hit kill except to the legs.

The shotgun was overpowered, but now the damage lowers to 1 per ray (max 32) damage after 2 meters.
