The NSA is hiding a datacenter from us. Use paths to find it!

We wrote the main portion of the level today on the scenario branch, but I don't consider the level to be done until we add the winning condition and show the replay to the player afterwards, so let's keep this issue open for longer.

With the latest changes on the scenario branch, I think we can close this. However, the level obviously needs more playtesting and adjustment.
