It worked on my RPi 3, but yesterday I did update raspbian Jessie and now I don't get any readings.
Python is 3.4.2

Maybe I have not understood something yet. I´m using RPi 3B. With Phython 2.7.9 and/or Python 3.4.2.
What should I install now to address DHT22 via Adafruit.
