I was fortunate enough to get selected to go back to Oredev for a second time this year. Rather than do fancy slidedecks, I've got a bunch of code examples and such that can live on and be useful without me in front of them. (I know, crazy!)
At MobileXCo we run all our Laravel apps in AWS. This is the talk I wish I had seen when I started rolling stuff out 2 years ago.
Let's face it, spinning up instances and such is fun, but there are a lot of boring parts about successfully running any infrastructure let alone one in a cloud you don't control. This talk is a peak into my toolbox of useful scripts (the inevitably all got written as the result of me screwing something up)
