Node service integrated with Pa11y
Node.js 8+ installed in the machine
Clone the repo
Start with
npm install
This installs the required dependencies and sets up the environment
To start start the server
npm start
It fetches App Engine-specified port, or 8080 otherwise
Run an accessibility test against a URL

URL can be changed dynamically based when integrated with Angular Code
