Install a userscript manager:
- ScriptCat for Chrome, Firefox or Edge
- Violentmonkey for Chrome, Firefox or Edge
- OrangeMonkey or OrangeMonkey Pro for Chrome
- or Tampermonkey for Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Opera
Install ChatGPT Auto Refresh userscript (will load in manager installed above)
Visit chatgpt.com as normal, and sessions will auto-refresh at a regular interval!
