Install the required packages:
$ pip install -r requirements.txt
Follow the instructions below to install apex:
$ git clone https://github.com/NVIDIA/apex
$ cd apex
$ pip install -v --no-cache-dir --global-option="--cpp_ext" --global-option="--cuda_ext" ./
Clone the cifar10-fast repository:
$ git clone https://github.com/davidcpage/cifar10-fast.git
