its a patient management system for short pamasys. its one of my projects for Year 2 semester 1 Degree . Subject "System Analysis And Design"
• Open your PhpMyadmin and create your db
• Import the .sql file from the folder which is pamasys.sql
• Edit your connection in the ./include/db.php
• Done!
Admin / Doctor
Username : admin
Password : admin
User / Nurse / Staff
Username : user
Password : user
• The doctor can generate the patient details that the staff register.
• The doctor can generate the medical note and prescribe medicine of the patient
• The staff can register the patient details
• The staff will generate the patient details for doctor references.
• System will generate patient record that are prepared to be printed.
• System will automatic remove the record of patient if no longer appointment with the doctor with period of time.
• Staff can set patient waiting list / queue
• Doctor can set patient waiting list / queue
