Feature Request : ADT configuration

ADT allow some configuration like (https://www.npmjs.com/package/accessibility-developer-tools#configuring-the-audit) :
- ignoring parts of the page for a particular audit rule
- and restricting the scope of the entire audit to a subsection of the page
It would be really great if we could make usage of that configuration through a11y.
