Add link to gulp-a11y

Given that there's an existing link to grunt-a11y, it would be nice to also link to gulp-a11y for those of us using Gulp.

I don't think that's something we would want to recommend as it's seems unmaintained. Happy to link if someone creates a better one or takes of maintenance of that one.

@sindresorhus Fair enough. Hadn't noticed this although I've been using the current version successfully for some time.
