Matching pitch of internal and external threads

Extend tests/test_table.awk to verify that each internal thread has identical pitch as its external counterpart.

Got it working this weekend, created an m6 nut and m6 bolt. But they don't fit because the nut is a tiny bit too small vs the bolt. Is there a parameter to tweak the distance between the two (and possibly also one to reverse the direction of thread?).
