Expand Pause Menu ([ESC] in-game) with Settings

pause menu=>
return to game => returns you to gameplay
save and return to game => saves and then returns you to gameplay
sound settings => enters a new menu where you can control the sound volume via a gauge/bar
hotkey settings => allows you to control hotkeys, this might be slightly tricky
save game and exit

This is the bare minimum and we can save anything extraneous for later.
