Improve World Map Menu

The World Map Menu iterates through the world map to build itself, but not at a 1:1 ratio. Firstly coal needs to be displayed and secondly I would like to somehow add forests and buildings to the map.

I did improve this a bit, but there's still work to be done. Forests and buildings need to be added.
