Installing

To install SCENIC+ (in a Linux environment):

We highly recommend to install SCENIC+ in a new conda environment.

$ conda create --name scenicplus python=3.11 -y
$ conda activate scenicplus
$ git clone https://github.com/aertslab/scenicplus
$ cd scenicplus
$ pip install .
