To duplicate the analyses and accompanying Figures 2b, 3b, 4b, and 5a-c, run the file "main_for_github.m". This is broken down into sections should you want to focus on a specific result.

This will require downloading the additional MatCont package: https://sourceforge.net/projects/matcont/.
