It's a rather useless package to be honest.
Right now, the priority is the 1.2.1 hotfix, and I was planning on all of the pending updates to become 1.3.0, but if I choose to drop tsvmanip, then it will be 2.0.0

tsvmanip has been dropped in the staged 2.0.0 release
