Research possibility for MACP as a storage backend

MCAP will be the new storage format for ROS2 bags with the release of Iron Irwini in May 2023. It supports direct storage of protobuf and flatbuffers messages, which could potentially save us a lot of work. Further the data can be directly visualized with foxglove studio. We should research if it would be feasible to switch from HDF5 to MACP.
