This repository contains the work I did for the Syssec Lab.
- data_converter: Contains script for processing the MUTAG dataset and the MUTAG dataset implemented using DGL
- explainer_notebooks: Contains notebooks and models that I tested the GNNExplainer on
- models: Contains the models trained on diffrent datasets
- training_scripts: Contains the scripts I used to train models on a remote server
