Common Lisp library for accessing Finnish Meteorological Institute’s weather observations

The library only implements the
fmi::observations::weather::realtime::place::multipointcoverage WFS
interface that can be parameterized by timestep (in minutes), and a location
station criterion (one of place name, station id or bounding box).
