How is seq66 different from seq64?

I am confused about seq64 and seq66, Why are they separate? Shouldn't these be two branches in one project rather then separate two projects?
Which one is actively developed?
Which one is more stable?
Which one should I use? :)

Seq66 is a major refactoring of Sequencer64 that uses only Qt 5. They're
both fairly stable, but Seq66 has many more features and, at least for me,
is the way forward. Unless you really don't like Seq66, go with it. And if
you want to stick with Sequencer64, let me know why. Anyway, Seq66 is
wayyyy different internally, and uses fewer CPU resources.

About time I closed this one. Lotta new documentation came down the pike in the interim.
