use

integers and up to one decimal entered into the timer input will be converted to hours/minutes/seconds and start counting
start the timer with either the play button or 'enter'
stop the timer with either the stop button, double-clicking, or single-clicking if the timer is done
add or subtract a minute from the current time with the plus or minus symbol
change the titles of the page sections by highlighting and typing over the current title
change themes from the lower right corner of the screen
change section sizes by dragging the lower text area
mute/un-mute the timer complete sound from the top right of the screen
