A photo sharing app that uses MultipeerConnectivity to share images among nearby users and Core Data to save images to the device.

Keepsake allows users to choose photos from their photo library (using a UIImagePicker) or to take a photo using their device's camera, and then share the photo with connected users. The images are saved as NSData in Core Data and then fetched and displayed.

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes.

Prerequisites

What things you need to install the software and how to install them

  • You will need a version of Xcode 8 or higher

Installing

A step by step series of examples that tell you have to get a development env running

Download the git repo to your local machine by either clicking 'Download' or using the following command in terminal

git clone https://github.com/ahspadafora/keepsake.git

go to the project directory in terminal and open the Xcode project

Run the Xcode project
