Record voice channel members while also streaming to them

I have a somewhat niche use case where I am wanting to stream to users while also recording their commentary. I have been digging around and I cannot seem to find a way to do this while also using this library as the library doesn't appear to support listening to users when they speak.

Is there a way to do this without heavy modification by chance?
