Firmware 3.1.3 WiFi not reconnecting on power failure

Ways to reproduce:

1. Switch off router and unplug monitor
2. Plug in monitor, keep router off
3. Monitor will go into hotspot mode and countdown
4. Switch on router
5. After 180s countdown to 0, monitor goes in offline mode

Expected behavior:
5. Monitor should reboot after countdown complete

As a result, monitors do not automatically reconnect.

This needs to be fixed for all firmware versions.
