instasearch remember the previous search terms (i.e. keep a search history)

The regular eclipse text search widget (at least on the WindRiver workbench) has a dropdown button on the toolbar that has a list of all the previously searched terms. It would be nice for instasearch to have the same functionality.

so I'm just going to close this one and keep the original one open.

I personally haven't had a strong need for this feature so didn't look into implementing it so far. If anyone's interested in contributing I'll happily merge it in.
