An initial implementation of the project that is provided as a starting point. It contains the first user creation functionality, as well as all the unit tests associated with it.

In the terminal, navigate to the OvaWebTest.Core folder and run the command dotnet run.
Then in a seperate terminal navigate to the client folder within the major project folder and run the command npm run start.
