"To infinity and beyond!"
Raspberry Pi Cluster is a project to create a simple cluster to use as a home micro-server, a distributed development platform, or for any number of other possible applications.
To learn more about the project, check out the wiki.
If you are looking for the Salt files used with this cluster, go to rpi-cluster-salt.
To set up a Raspberry Pi Omega cluster, make sure you take a look at the Getting Started page in the wiki.
I created this project primarily for use as a testbed for distributed computing applications, robotics, and for use as a home micro-server. If you would like to contribute, the best way to help is by adding to the rpi-cluster-salt repo.
Some things I would like to see happen in the future:
- Extensibility to other SBCs such as ODROID-C2.
- Connectivity with AWS and Google Cloud Services.
- Volume backup to B2 or some other service.
