Takes data from a text file and randomizes it using shuffle,then displays correlation coefficient for the complete data set. Includes functions to calculate correlation coefficient,regression coefficients and calculating mean squared error. Prints out testing results to a .csv file
NOTE: The program does not use any external imported library.The only libraries used are csv and random.
