More than a hundred strange attractors
PlasmaPhysics_DMD
This repository includes three variants of the DMD algorithm, and HIT-SI specific routines for the analysis performed in A. A. Kaptanoglu et al. 2019.
POD-Galerkin_MHD
This codes calculates the dimensionalized POD and uses SINDy from the PySINDy python package to build a data-driven model for it. The code is used for NIMROD simulations of the HIT-SI experiment and this recent paper on data-driven reduced-order modeling for plasmas: https://arxiv.org/abs/2004.10389. The code relies on the PySINDy package https://github.com/dynamicslab/pysindy. Users should use the "quadratic_constraints" branch until I merge it into the master branch.

Two-Temperature-HITSI-Analysis
This is a post-processing github repository to analyze a large number of HIT-SI simulations run using a single or two-temperature Hall-MHD model implemented in two MHD codes, NIMROD and PSI-Tet. This analysis will be published to show new physical understanding of HIT-SI plasmas with this more complex plasma model.
