rename-vtop-files

An easy command line tool written in python to help to rename the files downloaded from vtop course page. Steps for using it are as follows:

1. Clone or Download this repo

git clone https://github.com/akigugale/rename-vtop-files.git

Requirements - python3 and pip3

2. Libraries installation

pip3 install emoji==0.4.5

3. Set it as an alias (optional step)

I've set it as an alias named rename-vtop to help me easily access it. If you don't know how to do it, here is an tutorial.

4. Run it

Make sure you enter the subject code appropriately when asked for, as it uses it for regex (eg: CSE3001) Relax and enjoy with ease the luxury of renaming your vtop files. ✌🏼
