Fork of LOG4PLSQL 4.0.2 (http://log4plsql.sourceforge.net/).
This fork was created to encourage enhancements and bugfixes to LOG4PLSQL.
At the time of this fork, 2014-02-04, there had been no new updates published to Sourceforge since 2010-04-13.
Also, the team has indicated that they do not use (at least publicly) any version control tools:
