Add parameter to align

As with resize:

there would awesome if support parameters to align images:

![[image.jpg|This is a caption|left]]

or

![[image.jpg|This is a caption|right|150]]

This now workes with the most recent update including regex, see issues #19 and #24

As now the plugin can play nice with a theme which adds these kinds of paramters.
