Mini-Test Conway's game of life
This is a project that generates the Conway's game of life using the mern stack
Getting Started
These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes.
Prerequisites
You need to have on your computer the next:
Node.js
NPM
Installing
To get the project working:
1.- Navigate to the client/ folder in your terminal ann run npm install.
2.- Navigate to the server/ folder in your terminal and run npm install.
3.- If needed you can change the port of the server/ project in the index.js file but if you changed it you must change it as well in the App.js file in the client/ folder.
4.- For running the client project in your terminal navigate to the client/ folder and run npm run start.
5.- For running the server project in your terminal navigate to the server/ folder and run npm run start.
Running the tests
The tests for the server are using jest.js so navigate to the server/ folder and then run:
npm run test
