mftiunpacker is a "iphone backup extractor" that can extract all files and folders from backup file. this tool based on "idevicebackup2" from imobiledevice library.
this code writed in linux OS.But you can compile and build it by MSYS2 for windows.
#1- libsqlite3-0.dll, libwinpthread-1.dll, libgcc_s_seh-1.dll must be on the side of .exe file.
#2- i used from MSYS2-64bit for make this code and run it on windows7 64 bit.
