Auto-Sen2Cor

This Software is created for the automatic atmospheric correction of Sentinel 2 Data using Sen2Cor algorithm given freely by E.S.A.

Sen2Cor 02.09.00 installation on Linux

1.Open terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2.Sen2Cor 02.09.00 installation:

$wget http://step.esa.int/thirdparties/sen2cor/2.9.0/Sen2Cor-02.09.00-Linux64.run
$sh Sen2Cor-02.09.00-Linux64.run

Installation successful!

then try

/home/$USER/Sen2Cor-02.09.00-Linux64/bin/L2A_Process --help

and the software should output

Running the script

To get help run:

python3 Auto-S2C.py -h

Provide a search path with -p option as in bellow

python3 Auto-S2C.py -p /home/$USER/

Run with resolution option (-r): all

python3 Auto-S2C.py

Run with resolution option (-r): 10 meters
