This X11 cursor theme is based on Arch Cursor Simple, completed with custom-made resize cursors that were missing. Original cursors I deemed unappealing in the original theme, such as 'text' and 'crosshair', were overhauled. Tested under KDE, Gnome, i3, and Sway on Wayland.

Put ArchCursorComplete folder into ~/.icons directory. For system-wide installation, put it in /usr/share/icons/ instead. For Arch Linux users, install xcursor-arch-cursor-complete package from the AUR.
This should make the theme selectable under you Desktop Environment of choice. If you use a Window Manager without a Desktop Environment, you can set the theme manually by following "XDG specification" or "X resources" sections of Arch Wiki.
